KIT COMPLET POWER VALVE

WaveEaterace Valve Kit

Designed as an additional safety measure when storing OEM Powervalves in Yamaha engines. The fitted clip prevents the pin from moving and the valve from falling into the valve guide. Special couplers better synchronize valve actuation thanks to tighter tolerances and improved design.

Instructions:
1. To remove the original couplers, remove the black plastic clip from the power valve shaft. We will not use the black clip when installing the WaveEater couplers.

2. Push the coupler forward and pull it up and up.

3. Install the new WaveEater CouplerSlide on the small end of the spring and then on the stainless steel washer. The washer prevents the split shaft from moving away. Push the washer and spring as far as possible. Then tilt the coupler and slide it over the flat end of the coupler over the long slot in the power valve shaft.

4. Align the pin with the coupling shaft and replace the WaveEater coupler. It will be a very tight fit and may take a bit of strength to set up. Spring keeps it going.
